story come to bump. yes in deed. it’s all over the news. dancehall artists and a few disk docks are flippin mad mad now. it’s official people…all songs containing the word daggerin along with songs that have content that has to be bleeped out are now banned by the Jamaica braodcasting commisssion. my thought on this? what di hell took them so long!!!
let’s be frank; di ting did a get outta hand. it’s like di jamaican djs dem did try fi si who can outdo each other in coming up with the ludest, most sexually explicit, gutter, vulgar lyrics. if it was a case where it was played just in the dancehall then i wouldn’t have such a beef. after all a big people tings. but man an man dem a play di slackness pon bus, car, roadside, vending stall, storefront an every public area yu can think of. what wi teaching our kids star?
so mi seh good fi dem. dem did have a lnice likkle run. we put up wid it for a long time. but when yu have dem even playing these x-rated songs on the radio yu gaan TOO FAR.
by di way, congratulations spice & Kartel; a you two an di romping shop song dat was di last straw. dem tek it too far and so they must now commend themselves for messing things up for a bunch of producers and djs. pat yourselves on the back will you?
So true! So true!
